How to Activate a Cancelled or No-Show Booking in eZee Frontdesk

Steps to Activate a Cancelled Booking

  1. Click on the Navigation button.
  2. Select Front Office > Booking List.
  3. To search for a cancelled booking:
    • Click on the date filter and select the Arrival Date of the booking.
    • Uncheck Active Booking and click on Search.
    • All bookings for the selected date will be listed.
  4. Cancelled bookings are marked in red.
  5. Select the booking to be activated and click Edit.
  6. Navigate to the Cancelled section and select the Transaction.
  7. Click on Group Options > Activate Transaction.
  8. Enter the new Arrival and Departure Date.
  9. The booking is now successfully activated.

Alternative Method to Activate a Cancelled Booking

  1. Select the cancelled booking.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Click Activate.

Activating a No-Show Booking

  • Follow the same steps as activating a cancelled booking.
