How to Use the Insert Transaction Feature in eZee Frontdesk
Purpose of Insert Transaction
Due to rush hour or technical issues, the front office or reservation staff may forget to enter arrivals. If check-in was missed in the software, the Insert Transaction option allows users to enter the transaction for a past date.
Using Insert Transaction
- Click on the Navigation button.
- Select Back Office.
- Click on Insert Transaction.
- A window will pop up where you can:
- Select a past date as the Arrival Date.
- Fill in the rest of the fields (same as a Walk-In entry).

Checking Inserted Transactions
- To verify if any transaction was inserted by a user:
- Go to Report View.
- Search for the Insert Transaction Report.
