How to Activate a Cancelled or No-Show Reservation in eZee Frontdesk

Steps to Activate a Cancelled or No-Show Reservation

  • Click on the Navigation button.
  • Select Front Office > Reservation List.
  • To search for a cancelled reservation:
    • Select the State as Cancelled or No-Show.
    • Click on the Down Arrow on the top right corner.
    • Select the Arrival Date.
  • Click on Search to display all cancelled reservations for the selected date.
  • Choose the reservation that needs to be reactivated.
  • Click on the Make Activate option.
  • Enter the New Arrival and Departure Date.
  • Select an Available Room for the stay period.
  • Click Activate.
  • The reservation is now successfully reactivated.
