How to Activate a Cancelled or No-Show Reservation in eZee Frontdesk
Steps to Activate a Cancelled or No-Show Reservation
- Click on the Navigation button.
- Select Front Office > Reservation List.
- To search for a cancelled reservation:
- Select the State as Cancelled or No-Show.
- Click on the Down Arrow on the top right corner.
- Select the Arrival Date.
- Click on Search to display all cancelled reservations for the selected date.
- Choose the reservation that needs to be reactivated.
- Click on the Make Activate option.
- Enter the New Arrival and Departure Date.
- Select an Available Room for the stay period.
- Click Activate.
- The reservation is now successfully reactivated.
